Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene-sensitive herbal powder for topical pet use), we accept returns only for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery , Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to request a return: Email or WhatsApp us at 018 396 3398 with your order number. Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable: Trial packs and free gifts (including shakers) are not eligible for return or refund.
