Shipping Policy

We ship from Johor Bahru, Malaysia to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore.

West Malaysia: Free shipping on all orders. Delivery within 2–4 business days.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): Free shipping on trial packs. Boxed sets from RM7.50. Delivery within 5–8 business days.
Singapore: Shipping from RM45, calculated at checkout by weight. Delivery within 5–8 business days. Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
